Based in Southern California, Gannon Smith is an American Showrunner/ Director/ DP of unscripted and scripted content, as well as the founder of Graupel Media, a creative content production company.

His recent projects include serving as Co-Executive Producer on one of Amazon’s newest documentary series, which follows high-profile female CEOs such as Serena Williams and Winnie Harlow. Additionally, he worked as a Consulting Producer and Director of Photography on The Home Team, a presentation tape that follows multiple athletes and their families in the NFL. The tape was later picked up for a full series order by Amazon Sports. He has developed and produced unscripted TV across multiple genres, including docu-follow, docu-soap, adventure, food, true crime, competition, and more
